Folding Container House

“Symbiotic Commercial Space” is the final project of my bachelor’s degree. The project is based on studying and testing connectivity in commercial spaces. In this project, I made an analogy between the biological phenomenon of symbiosis to the relationship between man and commercial space.
The morphological structure of the space is a product of those studies. The aim was to create a space with a high level of connectivity for people to be able to choose their route throughout their shopping experience. This concept derives from the need to maintain a balance in consumerism.

Pocket Garden

Montana Ice Cream°, located in Tel Aviv’s port, used to be an institution. In the 60s & 70s, it was an attractive amusing center and it appeared several times as a place of gathering in the famous Eskimo Lemon movies.
My proposal to redesign it into a Pocket Garden is as relevant today as it was when I designed it.
